 1. How to go from jaipur to Tungnath ji?

Its totally depend on your pocket that. how much can spend on this trip. if you have good budget and less time . go with flight from Jaipur international air port to Dolly grant airport, from there you can go by taxi to tungnath ji.

either i will recommended to go by the train from jaipur junction to yog nagri rishikesh . then take taxi from there. because it is budget friendly and give more time and people to interact. and know and explore new things.

 from jaipur to Rishikesh

SLEEPER CLASS = under 500 rupee
3rd AC = under 1000 rupee 

now go with your comfort.


average taxi fare from Rishikesh to Tungnath temple is about 7ak to 10K depend upon your car choice. 

while you can go with public transport. go in the bus ( 800 rupee per passenger average) from rishikesh to rudraprayag. and from there either can go with taxi or hire a bike on rent which will have 500 rupee per day . to reach chapat. from chopat the trek is get started.


WHAT TO DO AFTER REACHING AT TUNGNATH?


after reaching there , you should make you body somehow habitual of that environment. to avoid any sickness , make sure you have proper woolen clothes. and aged person try to avoid this journey. specially if they have any blood sugar level issue .

 PRO TIP: you should take accommodation at rishikesh.  there are some cheap and good condition dharamshala and ashrams are available. 

 
* Height of tungnath trek is about 4km and usually it take 4 - 5 hour. this way  is full of snow  which leads you to the blessing of shiva.

Lets calculate your expenditure , " jaipur to risikesh by train 3AC (800) + Rishikesh to rudraprayag via public transport ( 500) + from Rudraprayag to chopat via bike (500)  + ashram or dharamshala and food (200) = 2000
